Nothing to dislike - We stayed in a Bali Villa and can honestly say that your accommodation is outstanding plus. Your value for money is also outstanding. The only thing I could have improved was the amount of time we were able to stay.. Could have stayed forever. All of your staff members deserve a pat on the back.

Great place to base yourself - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Airlie Cove. It was the perfect base for us while visiting family here in the Whitsundays. The park was peaceful, well maintained and our cabin and the park facilities were excellent. All staff were extremely helpful so a big thank you to you all! We will definitely return to stay here whenever we visit the Whitsundays and will highly recommend it to all of our friends. Thank you once again and we will be back!

Fantastic Van park, fantastic service, close to everything - We were travelling from Cairns to Melbourne, We stayed at Big 4 Airlie Cove for two nights 17th and 18th August, 2010 we had a very large Apollo Motorhome which had to be accommodated on a powered site, I am so sorry but I cannot remember the two ladies names that were working at reception on these two days but I would have to say that they were the most helpful and friendliest Big 4 staff members I have ever come across and we only stay in Big 4 around Australia, the helped us with booking tours to Hamilton Island, the numerous times we annoyed them over the two days for aerial leads to get tv reception, change for the phone, bus information to get into Airlie Beach Shopping District, the chats, nothing was any trouble at all, I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights at Airlie Cove and would recommend it to anyone, I cannot comment on the villas as we were on a powered site but the amenities were clean, there were groceries in reception, internet, tv room, motor scooters to hire which were very cheap compared to Port Douglas, thankyou ladies for making our stay pleasurable, it was sad to have to leave.

Great customer service - Great customer service by both Jen and Jody in the office at the park. We were able to leave our car and camper in a secure area and looked after our car fridge for us while we stayed on Daydream Island. To us their help was an exceptional service of which we really appreciated.

Peaceful setting - We were very impressed with the choice of site - continual maintenance, very friendly people and felt secure. A very peaceful setting in a lovely tropical garden. We enjoyed our 3 day stay and would highly recommend it.
