Airlie Cove's new buggy is a great new asset for the park, used for transferring guests who do not have their own transport to their cabins and assisting with luggage. We also like to offer tours of the park when we can...the kids are loving it!

Airlie Cove Resort and Van Park proudly accepted the award for Tourist and Caravan Park at this week's Whitsunday Tourism Awards.

Airlie Cove's General Manager Georgina Watson accepted the award on behalf of owner John Beaumont and their dedicated team of staff.

More than 300 Whitsunday tourism operators wined and dined to celebrate Whitsunday tourism's best. Tourism Whitsundays Chief Executive Officer Peter O’Reilly said the Whitsunday Tourism Awards was the region’s premier tourism event, established to pay tribute to the enormous contribution made by the region’s tourism operators and service providers and to encourage excellence within the industry.

“The prestige of being recognised by peers and as a Whitsunday Tourism Award winner is regarded highly,” he said.
